Pre-natal massage can help treat the discomforts and stress of pregnancy while maintaining optimum health and muscle tone throughout pregnancy. Alleviating muscle cramps and spasms, as well as improving blood and lymph circulation that can help reduce swelling.

Pre-Natal Massage

Myofascial cupping helps to treat soft tissue conditions and musculoskeletal tension and pain by creating a negative pressure (or suction) on the skin using plastic cups. This pulls underlying tissues, blood and other fluids close to the surface of the skin. This can also create relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Myofascial Cupping

Facial cupping application is similar to myofascial cupping. By creating a negative pressure it provides separation of the deeper layers of tissue, this causes increased blood circulation, strengthens skin and connective tissues, relaxes muscle tension and relieves sinuses and headaches. Regular facial cupping has been known to brighten skin, minimize appearance of fine lines, scars and wrinkles, tone chin and jaw line and decrease puffiness.

Facial Cupping

Deep tissue or therapeutic massage treatment is focused on working with specific issues or injuries in order to alleviate pain. Using appropriate pressure it promotes healing of scar tissue, as well as relief from soft tissue injuries, chronic conditions, stress and tension. Therapeutic massages are provided by RMTs

Therapeutic Massage

Instructional session with treatment. Parents learn how to perform massage at home as well as baby receives treatment if baby allows. 
this time is booked regardless of how long the baby is able to tolerate, we will always monitor your baby's response to massage and stop when we are given the cues. 
Ideally book this at a time that suits following a nap and a feeding.
